I support individuals and teams in communicating with more clarity, recognizing conflicts at an early stage, and staying capable of taking action. My work connects coaching, didactics, and a deep understanding of social systems – always with the aim of strengthening presence, relationships, and self‑efficacy.

It is essential for me to strengthen people’s self‑efficacy and to create spaces where clarity, connection, and responsibility can grow.
I bring calm, analytical depth, and a clear didactic line – always connected to the reality in which people live and work.
My background
For more than 20 years, I have worked in social and educational fields – as a coach, trainer, team leader, and process facilitator.
I know the dynamics, challenges, and opportunities of these environments both from practical work and from leadership perspectives.
My European approach is shaped by multilingualism, intercultural sensitivity, and an inclusive view of communication and collaboration.
How I work
I combine coaching, systemic perspectives, and micro‑learning impulses to create concrete and effective support.
Whether in individual or team settings, the focus is always on creating clarity, strengthening presence, and enabling sustainable change.
I work both online and in person – in Germany, France, and Switzerland.

- Several years of experience in leading social institutions (Basel, Lörrach)

- More than 30 years of experience in support work (addiction, mental health)
- Street work in Zurich and Basel

- Professional experience in French (native language), German, and English
